Randy's Rocks

Team member, Randy, located these stacked rocks near the Blue Ridge Parkway in Alleghany county. If you dimiss them immediately you would fail to see that a couple of them are narrow and are standing upright, some are stacked on one another with a narrow base. They must have been found not long after someone did their handiwork or are they signs of Indian ghosts or from the "Blair Witch Project"???
